Flurry is an outstanding Kuvasz with superior type, and a great
attitude. At only 10 months of age Flurry won Best of Breed
with a large entry, over 3 champions for a 5 pt major. Two of those
Champions were top 5 Kuvaszok (CC breed and all breed standings). And it
only got better from there. His
Curly coat and true movement are key to his success, but his alert triangle
ears, tight almond eyes, and strong masculine presence give him the look that
takes your breath away.
 2003 was a great year. With limited showing Flurry proved over
and over he was ready to take on Top Kuvasz and other working dogs. As the
only non-champion invited to the AKC's prestigious invitational show Flurry came
away with Best Opposite Sex. A wonderful end to such an exciting
year. 2004 proved to be an exciting year for Flurry as well.
Breeder, Owner, Handled Flurry stayed in the top rankings with very limited
showing, and ended up being the highest ranked dog breeder/owner handled as well
as the top ranked dog from the Northwest.
Unfortunately life has been busy around here and
Flurry hasn't been able to be shown much in the last
couple of years but in the few shows he goes to he
proves he is still at the top of his game. He is
now enjoying adding performance events and Jr.
Showmanship to his list of talents. Flurry has
been shown by 3 different Jr. Showmen and has taken a
1st place with all 3. The latest was with our
daughter Ashton who took 2 first places and 2 second
places with him in 5 shows National weekend.
That same weekend he proved at 6 1/2 years he is still
going strong winning more than any other Male at the
National.
